Lawrence the GM is a great person. Found us a room in the middle of the night during a family emergency. Kept up with us and made sure we were OK.
Conveniently located at US-17 and I-526. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the service was outstanding. My car broke down while trying to head home and I had to put it in a shop nearby but I couldn't get a ride back to Savannah until the next day. It was 11am, well before check-in time, but the ladies in the front desk got me in a room so I wouldn't have to sit in the lobby for hours. I couldn't have asked for better in the situation I was in.
This is a wonderful spot! Tina, at the front desk , is so helpful and kind. She went out of her way to make our stay special and her great attitude was contagious. The morning breakfasts aren’t lacking either. Full spread, eggs, biscuits, oatmeal, and even pancakes and cinnamon rolls! The two ladies, Kim and Chelsea, working hard supplying it, make the best I’ve had in an American hotel. They are very kind and their smiles and great attitudes made the experience awesome! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel itself is in a great location. Definitely stay here, you’ll love it!
Hotel is clean and convenient, rooms are comfy, updated and spacious. The breakfast is nice, employees are very friendly and helpful and we were close to everything we wanted and needed. We were here for the Joyce Meyer Battlefield of the Mind conference and met a lot of new friends at the hotel.

Front desk was wonderful. Gave us all the information we needed on restaurants in the area. Extremely helpful in assisting us with our points. Rooms are very clean. Love the freshly brewed coffee 24/7 . The breakfast is always nice and hot.

Good experience here. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a good location just a few miles from downtown Charleston. The free breakfast was good with a wide enough selection to please an adult and a hungry teenager. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel during future visits to the area.
